This is not another Credit Card Commercial…

$100? $2000? Priceless?…Let's not go there. But here's what I can tell you about my value and the value of other networkers who are successful. Don't try and “fake it until you make it.” The journey is one every person must take. When you experience it all, from the rough roads, high roads, good times, and big checks, you will appreciate these are all common denominators of a valuable networker.

So, let me tell you how valuable I can be. These are the reasons “value” goes beyond “valuable.”

If you were going into the banking industry for the first time and needed to pick a partner, who would you choose?

a.  Someone who has never been in business before

b.  Someone who was very successful in business before, but not banking

c.  Someone who was very successful in the banking industry before

Correct, letter “c!”

If you want success – then it really comes down to who you hang around.  Place yourself around solid leadership, knowing smart and innovative partners will advance your skills, talent and visibility to others. Surround yourself with individuals who have superior business skills, and you will be superior as well.

Aren’t you curious to know the secret of the top 3% of people who are financially wealthy? Do you think it’s the result of a great education, genius IQ, ideal family upbringing, or just lucky timing? Although any of these can play a role in someone’s success, these aren’t the major contributors to this top 3%.

So, what is? What makes a millionaire?

Mindset – Attitude – Skill Set – Work Ethic. This is the answer to the equation – a simple formula, and derivative of internal driven aspects which create the power.

These are the driving factors of what produces a millionaire. The simple facts, laid out right in front of you. Looking at the big picture, it’s not just about being mentored, but how to make money.  You see, at the end of the day we all have one life, and we can create any outcome for it we choose. So choose wisely. Sometimes we have to change parts of ourselves to attract greater things. At the end of the day, money isn’t the goal, it’s really just a scorecard.

It’s impossible to have the Mindset, Attitude, and Skill Set…and not have success.  Who you are on the inside – well, this is reflected by what you do to create status or dollars. These are the scorecards of your success.

Just imagine all of the perks you get by simply teaming up with a “Valuable” Networker.  Besides acquiring a diverse set of skills you get so much more, including; relationship building, performance boosting at your other job(s), increased productivity in your other businesses, and even become a more consistent parent.

Everyone should be involved in Network Marketing for its Entire Value.  Not just the value of the Mentor, but the value of the experience; personal development training, fiscal planning, leadership assessment, commissionable productivity…all can happen within a morning in this industry.

Network Marketing is the greatest industry on the planet, and also the biggest challenge.  Take it from someone who has made it: I became highly successful by partnering with other great networkers, and today can look in the mirror, knowing I have developed a “millionaire mindset.”

This is your chance to gain a “millionaire mindset.” By being Personally Mentored by one of the best in the industry, you will be taught invaluable skills and traits which will make you a Leader. From learning accountability to having self-discipline, becoming a problem solver, powerful communicator, marketer and beyond, you will learn to be selfless in opening doors of opportunity for yourself and others.

The value I possess is special.  Pass the gift around and experience the true value in changing lives.  Teach people how to catch a fish, instead of giving them a fish.

Take this to the bank.

Every human being desires 5 things:

1.   Emotional

2.   Social

3.   Spiritual

4.   Physical

5.   Financial

Most people address the most “pressing” need first – Financial.  But starting here is bad direction.  Without having the first four in line, Financial will never be achieved.  Yes, it is the one which applies the most pressure to change, but is the last needed to affect one of the first four.  There are only Financial problems, when the other four are lacking.

It all comes down to this. You have a choice.  You have one life to decide if you have answered life’s questions and challenges before they arise.

Are you destined for a bad marriage, because your output is pathetic?

Will you never feel good about yourself, because you can’t stop being a victim?

Can you ever reach your financial goals, or is it just too “hard” and too much “work?”

Your life can be altered.  Your ways can change.  Money won’t do it.

Your personal growth should be your eye opener.  Your growth will produce good fruit. It’s your fruit, which produces your legacy.

Could You Succeed in a Home-Based Business?

The difference of success vs. failure is knowing how to

Evaluate, Select and “Work” your next Opportunity

Did you know…

  •  every 11 seconds begins the start-up of a home-based business…7,854 a day!
  •  home-based opportunities are one of the fastest growing sectors in business
  • one of the world’s most successful investors, Warren Buffett sees the huge potential in home-based businesses – he owns one!

Wouldn’t you agree that timing in business is everything. If you don’t know this by now, chances are you will soon. Time is money people! You have to get with the times. If you want to be successful in this industry you must take those first steps…more like strides.

Here are some tips to help you evaluate, select and “work” your next Opportunity.

  •   Ask aroundOne of the best ways to get a clear idea of what’s going on is to ask those within the industry. Listen for the good, the bad and the ugly…staying away from the last two…lol.
  •   A Mentor is a must. What better way to learn then by someone who is tried and true? If you want to maximize your opportunity and gain success, then partner with someone who will get you there.
  •  Find a long-term opportunity. Short-term opportunities are just this, “short term.” You never want to chase a so-called “craze.” Trust me, the outcome will be bleak. The products need to “sell” themselves and the compensation plan should offer the income potential you are wanting.
  •    Duplication. One of the biggest reasons I see success vs. failure in this industry – is people don’t know how to duplicate. Duplication produces results. You must have a Marketing System behind you that’s going to drive results. Keep in mind, slow and steady doesn’t win the race.
  •   Team. Place yourself in a team and a company that will support you and your growing business…200%. The people within your team will be the very backbone to help you achieve your dreams.

Why Network Marketing? Am I Crazy?

Most call me driven Ok, so am I nuts, or just lucky?! Since I know I’m not nuts, and luck can only take you so far, it must be something more. I knew early on that it would be a blend of wit and grit that would take me all the way to the top. So why Network Marketing? Hands down, Network Marketing is the greatest industry in the world. I love it because it allows you to own your time, make an unlimited income, and do it all from home.

My journey hasn’t always been as a seven figure income earner. I had a starting point and many learning curves that would follow. All of it began while caring for an infant, with baby #2 on the way, and baby #3 coming just one year later. My husband was a police officer on the SWAT team, and here I was, a stay-at-home mom, with 3 young kids and trying to keep some sense of myself and my ambitions. Finding work with young children became a task in itself. As I was trying to “do it all,” I never lost my ambition and spark to make my dreams become a reality. I ventured out into the world of business and became an Entrepreneur.

Am I crazy? Ok, maybe a little…lol, but this industry has taken me to the level of a seven figure income earner, literally, all the way to the Top! It has allowed me to build incredible relationships, and share incredible opportunities. Over the past 13 years my success soared once I “Got out of the Box” and started building my business. A home-based business offered much to be gained, and I knew that my full commitment to it would be the deal breaker. Learning success through failure, I have always been one who is true to my ambitions and unwilling to give up. Home-based business – here I come! And I dove in, head first. I tapped into my talents and created a powerful online marketing system that would change the way business was done. Before long I was earning more than $20,000 per month and receiving accolades from industry leaders about my cutting-edge system. It soon had become one of the top 1,000 sites visited on the web in 2004.

So, why do all this? Why all the hard work and effort? Because this is real life. And what I would learn years later, as I grew my networks, and businesses, is that the toughest part of success would be making it all work together. The difference between me and others is I have the “whatever it takes” attitude. It’s engrained in all that I am.

I have spent the last year working on several key projects, using my innovative marketing systems, launch strategies and branding concepts, and have created Massive Results. I am ready again…to dive in. I want you to join me! Will you share the same “Willingness to WIN” that has taken my career to amazing heights?

2011 will be another round of incredible achievements for my team! I am determined to see incomes soar, dreams achieved, and doors of opportunity open for people just like you.

Need-to-Know Tools for Success

Getting Past the Learning Curve of Prospecting, Tracking and Ratios
Welcome to home-based business! Today, I want to help you capitalize on your prospecting efforts. For many, one of the biggest obstacles in home-based business is learning how to effectively prospect and follow-up. If this isn’t done correctly, it can be drastic to your bottom-line; literally, the difference of money in your pocket, or not. Having a home-based business is one thing, but “working it” is another. If you want to gain success in this industry, you are going to need the right Prospecting and Tracking tools to succeed.

Over my last 13 years as an Industry Leader, I’ve led more than 200,000 people into a successful home-based business. To save you from the time and expense of “learning for yourself” – Here’s what I can offer; tips to help you create your own, easy-to-follow system so you can maximize your Prospecting

1.   Tracking. If you have begun prospecting, then it is essential you are tracking.  This should be done on a constant basis, but for an exact depiction of your own percentage of conversions, this should be done over a 6 week period.
2.   Contacts. Know how many contacts you will need per day, per week, and per month, to achieve your goals.
3.   Know the Numbers. Learning your percentage of conversions will determine exactly what it will take to get the results you want.  You should never take your business or opportunity for granted.  Always know the where’s, how’s, when’s and why’s you will need for your business to grow. (see P.S. below about ratio calculations)
4.   Establish a tracking method.Use these questions to help establish a tracking method: How many calls have I made, how many presentations, how many closes and how many new enrolls do I have? Understand, with numbers, you must know the good and the bad in order to effectively gage your growth. Be realistic with where you are and hopeful for your future.
5.   Get Results. If you find yourself struggling to get results, refer to your tracking method as an indicator. This can show where important areas of improvement can be made. Are you setting appointments, but once there, are not closing? This could be a good indicator that there is work to be made on your closing skills.
6.   Form Good Habits. Ask yourself these questions on a daily basis: How many calls am I making? What type of leads am I working? Are my calls made on an appropriate day, at a proper hour? How are my presentation skills? Am I creating a sense of urgency, and sparking interest? Am I trying to close the deal, each and every time? Am I being persistent, or too pushy? Am I forming relationships? Have I shown my credibility and shared my story? Did I pre-qualify correctly? If there was any sign of hesitation, did I use Feel-Felt-Found? (I know how you feel, others have felt the same, what we have found is…) Do you know enough about your prospects, that if asked, you would know where they are now and where they would like to be in the future? Ask yourself, how can I help them reach success? Form good habits when connecting with your prospects, as they will become your business partners.
7.   Reach Your Goals. Be consistent, always measuring success along the way. At a minimum, you should be revisiting your follow-up and prospecting method every 6 weeks. Bear in mind, every prospect is a potential enroll.

The relationships you form in this industry will be some of the greatest in your life. Make the most of your home-based business by learning early-on how to measure your success. And if needed, change it up a bit along the way. If something isn’t working, don’t be afraid to try something new. Learn from Leaders in the field, or better yet, have a Personal Mentor to help set you up for success.

Ariana Reed; Mentor, Leader, and Consultant can help you maximize your home-based business. Contact her today for details.

P.S. An example to help better understand how to calculate ratios: Let’s say your goal is to recruit/enroll 5 people per month. You will want to know how to calculate what you’ll need in order to reach your goals. This can also help determine what you may need to improve on over time.  In the beginning, it may take as many as 50 contacts, 75 or even 100 per week. If you made 50 calls, spoke to 11 live prospects, set or conducted 8 appointments and enrolled 1, your ratio would be 50:11:8:1. Thus to enroll 1 person, it took 50 calls.  From this example: it would take at least 250 calls to recruit/enroll 5 people per month. Every person’s skill set will vary, therefore ratios will always vary, which is why it’s all the more important to keep 6 weeks’ worth of steady tracking.

Excel Your Home-Based Business with Good ol’ Fashioned Momentum

What’s better than a force of Unstoppable Drive?
Check this out:

Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoetnt tihng is taht the frist and lsat ltteer be at the rghit pclae. The rset can be a toatl mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae the huamn mnid deos not raed ervey lteter by istlef, but the wrod as a wlohe.

Wow…and I always thought spelling was important! Did you understand what you were just reading? A study from a University declared that the order of letters within words is actually insignificant. You see, if the first and last letter in a word is accurate, even if the rest are skewed, most can still comprehend what they are reading. Amazing, right?!…Then again, is it really all that remarkable?

When you stop and look at the big picture we may all agree down to the skinny raw facts, something such as “spelling” in business is important, even crucial. But is it? Well, not necessarily. I can name handfuls of people, right off the bat, who have excelled in business, not because they used proper grammar, had “the look” of success, or even a college degree. Just looking at these same folks today, many have become self-made millionaires. I have watched over the years at those who didn’t do everything right, and many even lacked some of the skills and polish society deems to be necessary to reach success. But these people were different than the norm. What did they have instilled that others don’t…the power of Unstoppable Momentum. What does this mean? They decided to take their futures into their own hands and change their outcome.

If you want to reach incredible success, then don’t just have any “ordinary” business. Excel your home-based business with good ol’ fashioned momentum! Take ownership; evoke passion and fierce confidence for the incredible product and opportunity you have to share with the world. And remember – It doesn’t take a genius to succeed in business, just pure Drive and Motivation. There is no force greater than the unstoppable drive within us.

Contact Ariana Reed; Industry Leader, Innovator, and Mentor to learn how she can help instill Momentum into your life and take your business to the next level.
